Q: Where is Happy Wife Mini Storage located? ?

Our storage facility is located at 30030 Hwy 72 West in Madison (West of County Line Rd). We’re easy to find, just look for our extremely large pole sign with the Happy Face!

Q: Do I have to sign a lease and how long is the lease for ?

We do not require a rental agreement to be signed and is a month to month term agreement. Cancel at your convenience and just let us know when! We do require a $10 deposit on the Key Fob and for that to be turned in when you exit your unit.

Q: When can I access my storage unit ?

You can access these the interior storage units from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Q: Are your storage units temperature controlled ?

Yes! We know how important it is to store your belongings in a regulated environment.

Q: Do you offer vehicle storage? ?

Yes! We offer a variety of great storage options for boats, RVs, business vans, motorcycles, trailers, cars and more.

Q: Are there any discounts available ?

We offer a 5% discount for law enforcement.

Q: Do you charge any move-in fees ?

We don’t charge any administrative fees. The only fee we charge for is a deposit of your Key Fob, which is refundable upon exit your unit..

Q: What security features do you offer ?

We ensure that our storage facility is well lit at all times, inside and out, 24 hours a day. We also have a security camera system installed with DVR recording and the facility is fully sprinkled. Management is on-site seven days a week.
